Evidence-Based Practice represents the integration of the best research evidence with clinical expertise and
patient preferences, which is very important to the field of physiotherapy today. The subject is an intensive program
in which several universities participate, which implement study programs in physiotherapy. The intensive
program includes lectures on EBP, practical lessons, online meetings and individual student activities as well as
work in working groups.

Praxe založená na důkazech představuje integraci nejlepších výzkumných důkazů s klinickou odborností a
preferencemi pacientů, která pro oblast fyzioterapie je v současné době velmi důležitá. Předmět je intenzivním
programem, ve kterém participuje několik univerzit, které realizují studijní programy fyzioterapie. Do intenzivního
programu jsou zařazeny přednášky k tématice EBP, praktická cvičení, on-line setkání a individuální činnost
studentů jakož i práce v pracovních skupinách.

Aim of the course -
The aim of the course is to provide students with the knowledge, skills and general competencies so that after the completion of the course the students:
are able to describe evidence-based physiotherapy and evidence-based practice
are able to explain similarities and differences in physiotherapy procedures and practices between different countries, based on national and international physiotherapy recommendations
are able to evaluate physiotherapy methods and procedures based on evidence-based knowledge

Cílem předmětu je vybavit studenta takovými znalostmi, dovednostmi a obecnými způsobilostmi, že po jeho absolvování:
je schopen popsat fyzioterapii založenou na důkazech a praxi založenou na důkazech
je schopen vysvětlit podobnosti a rozdíly ve fyzioterapeutických postupech a praxí mezi různými zeměmi, a to na základě národních a mezinárodních fyzioterapeutických doporučení
je schopen vyhodnotit fyzioterapeutické metody a postupy na základě poznatků založených na důkazech
