The course in which the student builds on the knowledge of basic yoga positions in the subject “Oriental Methodology” is taught
distinguish positions in the context of closed and open kinematic chains, correct positions with respect to physiology
posture and choose a combination of positions due to the influence of possible pain syndromes of the locomotive apparatus. The goal

Tilt positions, selection, risks, modifications and corrections 4. Rotary and inverted positions. Their risks and suitable choice for physiotherapy. 5. Relaxing yoga positions, different yoga styles and their influence and health. 6. Possible combinations of positions due to different diagnoses. 7. Contraindications of positions in relation to diagnoses.
