Annotation - Czech
The seminar complements and deepens the discipline of French lexicology through lexical analysis and practical exercises. The lecture focuses on the basics of French semantics, which are practiced. The course helps expand vocabulary and focuses on better understanding of unfamiliar words through knowledge of Latin and Greek word morphemes. It also works with phraseologisms and stilted phrases. The course is designed and recommended for students who have taken a semester course in French lexicology and wish to brush up on the basics of semantics, or for others preparing for the state exam.
