Annotation -

Using of gymnastic means (at the level ?Sports for Everybody?), health and social aspects of gymnastic activities. Health oriented efficiency and the ways of its improvement by means, of general and conditioning exercises. Public performances, club activities, optional lessons at school, associations, school competitions.
