The Master programme subject introduces the drama development from the 17th to the end of the 19th century. The first part of the seminars and lectures follows the literary courses of the Bachelor progamme and deals with theory of German drama development in the context of general literary development and European political and spiritual background. The focus of the seminar: Aesthetic perception and analysis of selected dramas according to the List of Recommended Lecture or students? interest. Developing communicative skills in relation with literary and cultural topics.

Cílem předmětu je zprostředkovat studentům navazujícího magisterského studia germanistiky vhled do vývoje německého dramatu od 17. století po současnost. U jednotlivých epoch nepůjde jen o představení jejich specifik a přínosu pro vývoj německého dramatu, ale i o sledování jejich relevance pro současnou dramatickou tvorbu. Předmět byl inovován v rámci projektu Program komplexní inovace pregraduální přípravy učitelů na Pedagogické fakultě Univerzity Karlovy v Praze financovaného z Fondu vzdělávací politiky pro rok 2014. Hlavní formou semináře bude nejen interpretace textů, ale i rozbor ukázek zaznamenaných na médiích, či analýza aktuálně uváděných představení. Plánována je rovněž účast na Pražském divadelním festivalu německého jazyka. První část seminářů a přednášek, která navazuje na literární disciplíny bakalářského studia, je věnována teoretickému výkladu vývojových tendencí v německém dramatu v kontextu celkového literárního vývoje a na pozadí evropského politického a duchovního dění. Druhá část seminářů se bude zabývat moderní činohrou od naturalismu k postmoderně a analýzou konkrétních příkladů ze současné jevištní praxe. Obsahové zaměření semináře: Estetické osvojování a analýza vybraných dramatických děl. Rozvíjení komunikativních dovedností ve vztahu k literárním a kulturním tématům. Základní přehled o současném divadelním dění. Sledování různých způsobů aktuální interpretace klasických děl u nás i ve světě.
