Annotation -

The aim of this course is to supplement and deepen legal awareness with up-to-date information from the field of law. The course is based on the knowledge of the Convention on the Rights of the Child and the legislation of the Czech Republic. The course discovers possible causes and consequences of situations which may represent danger to health and development of children in legislative context. The programme focuses on the acquirement of social competences necessary for the practical work of teachers, so that they are able provide the necessary care to endangered children within the framework of their possibilities according to the valid legislation.

Requirements to the exam -

The course-unit credit requirements: successful writing of the credit test - open and closed questions (min. 75%). It is possible to use 3 attemps for writing test - one regular, two corrective.
