Aim of the course -

The aim of the course is to introduce and discuss perspectives for company´s growth. Backed by Ansoff´s Matrix framework and using practical examples, students will be provided with the knowledge and knowhow how to expand the company´s activities and thus its value for its shareholders in long term. We will focus primary on already existing companies struggling to deliver better results and seeking the ways how to start-up, maintain and mainly sustain their growth using either their internal capabilities within existing markets, or expanding to other market segments both locally and internationally on their own or partnering with other companies.

The course will provide students with set of tools to innovate and scale their product portfolio and activities, business models and partner´s networks. At the end, they will be capable to set their own growth plan and use the growth risk assessment tool.
