The course informs students about the haematopoietic stem/progenitor cell transplant problems. During the course the indications to transplant, the kinds of transplant, its therapeutic effect, graft preparation and administration, post-transplant-related complications and other aspect will be discussed. In details, we will discuss the donor selection.

V průběhu kurzu budou diskutovány indikace k transplantaci, její druhy a léčebný mechanismus, úprava a podání štěpu, post-transplantační komplikace a další aspekty. Podrobněji bude rovněž probrán způsob výběru dárce štěpu.
