The aim of practical experience is to show activities of internal medicine inpatient department and with the duties of house physician at this department, to intensify and practice clinical skills, examination techniques and treatment. 1. Clinical interview, Physical examination techniques, Clinical documentation, Final report, Ward round, Epicrisis 2. Technical skills: Blood sampling and sampling of other biological materials, application of all types of injections, incl. infusion 3. ECG examination, including ECG description 4. Blood transfusion : Indication, technique, documentation 5. Gastric probing (catheter), Gastric lavage Assitance by chest puncture, puncture of ascites etc. 6. Assistance by catheter examination, central vein cannulation and other special techniques (gastroscopy, rectoscopy, sonography, echocardiolgraphy, biopsy....) 7.
