Aim of the course -

One semester course scheduled for the summer and winter semester realised as three meetings. At the first meeting, the students will be provided information about various types of legal responsibility in the form of intensive course aimed on practical problems. The students are also divided into pairs, each is given a model case report and one student is to act as the accuser and the other as defendant.

At the second meeting, the accusers will have to introduce their advancement based on the given information and at the third meeting, the accused will have to prepare a plan for their defense. In the course of ?the litigation? the lector provides additional information to the students and corrects their advancement. The goal of the students is not to prepare a perfect accusation, complaint or defense, but to experience the work with legal enactments and to be introduced to solving practical problems associated to the involvement in a legal dispute.
