The learning schedule is created so that the learners will be introduced to the basics of medical law and obligations of medical workers and with the basics of civil law, labour law and criminal law, focusing on liability in health care (legal norms, legal relationships, validity - effectivity, legal system of the Czech Republic, basics of civil law, labour law and criminal law).

The aim of the course is to introduce students to the basics of medical law and with rights and obligations of medical workers. Students are also familiarized with the basics of civil law, labour law and criminal law, as well as relevant esential laws i.e. the Civil Code, the Labour Code, Act on Health Services, Criminal Code etc. Students also introduced to the concept of legal liability and with its application in health care.
