Obtaining basic information about the need and possibilities of self-care in the helping or teaching profession, which can be incorporated into the prevention of professional burnout and work with clients.

Aim of the course

The aim of the course is to get acquainted with the basic concepts of psychohygiene, stressors and possible sources, as well as to try practical examples of possible techniques of working with oneself. Attention will be paid to mapping personal behavioral characteristics under stress and using personal strategies to cope with challenging life situations.
