In the first phase, the subject deals with the specifics of the use of information technology in management in educational organizations. It acquaints students with methods of using information technologies in the management process from the perspective of the management of the organization and from the perspective of clients (students, pupils, educated adults). Students go through the whole process of introducing information technologies - from the considerations of suitability of their choice, problem solving to the phase of their maintenance. Specifics of information technology in management are then analyzed with students in individual contexts.

Předmět v první fázi rozvíjí témata specifik využívání informačních technologií v řízení ve vzdělávacích organizacích. Seznamuje studenty s metodami používání informačních technologií při procesu řízení z pohledu vedení organizace i z pohledu klientů (studentů, žáků, vzdělávaných dospělých). Studenti procházejí teoreticky, ale na konkrétních případech, celým procesem zavádění informačních technologií - od úvah o vhodnosti jejich výběru, řešení problému až po fázi jejich udržování. Specifika informačních technologií v řízení jsou pak analyzována se studenty v jednotlivých kontextech.

Aktiv. účast ve výuce, distanční aktivita - její zadání bude konkretizováno při zahájení výuky předmětu.

Distanční scénář: Vyhotovit seminární (zápočtovou práci) na téma: Využití IT ve výuce. Zaměřit se na vybranou technologii, např. mobilní aplikaci, platformu a zpracovat praktické využití, rozpracovat didakticko-metodickou část a pedagogický postup. Práce bude hodnocena na základě originality a využití v praxi pro ostatní kolegy. Bude-li s se souhlasem studenta možnost, mohla by být sdílena jako návod s dalšími studenty.
