I. Production of chromosome preparations from plant tissues. Observation of C bands as well as chromosome aberrations using permanent preparations II. Excursion into laboratory of human cytogenetics. Presentation of methods of molecular cytogenetics as well as computer analysis of chromosome images III. Production of chromosome preparation from somatic and sexual tissues of mouse. Banding of selected preparations (C and G bands), detection of nucleolar organizer regions by silver nitrate. Observation and evaluation of preparations. IV. Observation and evaluation of meiotic preparations(protozoans, grasshopers, spiders, mouse, human) |
