The exercises are aimed at building and developing the students' didactic competences. After passing and completing the course, the student understands the importance and influence of the physical properties of the aquatic environment on the human organism (intact population and OSP). The student understands the influence of the physical properties of water in relation to the acquisition of basic swimming skills and swimming methods, or their appropriate modification for OSP. The student knows and can describe the key points of swimming techniques, turns and starts, or their modifications for OSP. The student is able to demonstrate basic swimming skills, swimming methods (crawl, backstroke, breaststroke), swimming turns and starts. The student is able to demonstrate suitable modifications for OSP. The student is able to independently plan, manage and evaluate a program focused on practicing basic swimming skills, swimming styles, turns, starts or their appropriate modifications. He is able to respond adequately to the current conditions and possibilities (health, exercise, etc.) of pupils or clients. As part of the preparation and implementation of the program, he can choose adequate tools and use them effectively. The student orients himself in the field of health-oriented swimming, can put together a program focused on aqua-fitness, movement training in water, etc. The student knows the didactic management styles of teaching and, if necessary, can use them during the implementation of the program. The student is able to evaluate the compiled program, the teaching lesson and the teaching of the lesson by another person/student. d in the field of swimming didactics for OSP.
