The subject is focused on deepening theoretical knowledge in the field of gymnastics associated with motor by
learning more coordinating gymnastic skills. The subject of teaching is gymnastic skills six men's all-around
disciplines and four women's all-around disciplines.

Výuka je zaměřena na prohlubování teoretických znalostí z oblasti sportovní gymnastiky spojené s motorickým
učením koordinačně náročnějších gymnastických dovedností. Předmětem vyučování jsou gymnastické dovednosti
šesti disciplin víceboje mužů a čtyř disciplin víceboje žen.

Expanding the range of acquired gymnastic skills in acrobatics, vault and other apparatus of gymnastic multi event.
Competences after completing the course include:
The student knows the basic and advanced elements and connections of such elements on the floor, high bar, parallel bars, rings, balance beam, vault and pommel horse.
The student can design and implement exercises from the field of motor-functional training that lead to the acquisition of advanced gymnastic elements and connections.
The student is able to provide direct and indirect assistance/spotting and rescue with advanced gymnastic elements and connections.

Rozšíření spektra osvojených gymnastických dovedností v akrobacii, v přeskoku a na dalších nářadích gymnastického víceboje.
Do kompetencí po absolvování předmětu patří:
Student umí základní i pokročilé prvky a vazby jednotlivých prvků na prostných, hrazdě, bradlech, kruzích, přeskoku, koni na šíř a kladině.
Student je schopen navrhnout a implementovat cvičení z oblasti motoricko-funkční přípravy, která vedou k osvojení si právě pokročilých gymnastických prvků a vazeb.
Student je schopen podávat přímou a nepřímou dopomoc i záchranu u pokročilých gymnastických prvků a vazeb.
