Learning outcomes Student is able to: · Describe the basic principles of stretching and strengthening as a part of compensatory process. · assess the locomotor system and offer an individually appropriate compensatory activities · detect muscle imbalances in cervical and thoracal region and recommend an exercise program for its influence. · detect muscle imbalances in pelvis, hip and lumbar region and recommend an exercise program for its influence. · detect muscle imbalances lower extremities and recommend an exercise program for its influence. |
