Exercises: 1. Pranayama, selection of techniques suitable for physiotherapy 2. Forward bend position, selection, risks, modifications, corrections 3. Tilt positions, selection, risks, modifications and corrections 4. Rotary and inverted positions. Their risks and suitable choice for physiotherapy. 5. Relaxing yoga positions, different yoga styles and their influence and health. 6. Possible combinations of positions due to different diagnoses. 7. Contraindications of positions in relation to diagnoses.
