The student masters the basic terminology of the field of addiction science and the main aspects of
transdisciplinarity. Emphasis is put on the acquaintance with the basic concepts of prevention, treatment, harm
reduction, drug policy in the field of addiction science. An integral part of the managed terminology will be the area
of indicators of demand and supply reduction according to EMCDDA standards. The student will be well oriented
in the overall institutional infrastructure, the services provided, target groups, new trends etc.

Student ovládá základní terminologii oboru adiktologie a hlavní aspekty transdisciplinarity, na nichž je obor
adiktologie vystavěn. Důraz je kladen na výklad a seznámení se základními pojmy prevence závislostí, léčby a
harm reduction. Nedílnou součástí zvládnuté terminologie bude i oblast indikátorů intervencí potlačování poptávky i
nabídky dle standardů EMCDDA.
Popis struktury předmětu / hl. témata:
1) Úvodní týden: umožní studentům a školitelům efektivní seznámení s novým prostředím a lidmi na pracovišti;
Studijní průvodce (odborná oddělení na pracovišti, osoby, kontakty (děkanát, ÚVI, OVT, knihovna KAD,
pracoviště KAD, ...), základní informace, software na pracovišti a fakultě; Praktické seznámení se studentským
informačním systémem; Povinnosti v rámci studie; Studijní pravidla, doporučení;
2) Transdisciplinární: Přístup a vysvětlení; Odůvodnění a praktické implikace;
3) Institucionální infrastruktura: Systém prevence; Systém léčby; Systémy spravedlnosti a kontroly léčiv;
Mezinárodní / národní instituce; atd.
