Last update: Markéta Fričová (09.11.2020)
The objective of our winter courses is to promote physical activity outside the normal semester, thus helping students to individually improve their specific skills required for successful completion of the given course. Additionally, our courses have a strong social aspect as they necessitate teamwork and communication, learning and educational aspects, and generally contribute to better health and physical fitness.

Cílem zimních kurzů je motivovat studenty k aktivitě i v čase mimo výuku a přispět tak k jejich individuálnímu zdokonalení v konkrétních dovednostech potřebných pro zdárné absolvování konkrétního kurzu. Přidanou hodnotou kurzovní výuky je silný sociální aspekt spočívající v potřebě týmové spolupráce a komunikace a taktéž aspekt poznávací a vzdělávací. Kurzovní výuka přispívá k upevnění zdraví a fyzické zdatnosti.
