The subject serves to make students familiar in more detail with modern techniques implemented in routine diagnostics im microbiology and immunology not only in theory, but in hands-on practice with selected techniques. Excurssion in a routine diagnostic laboratory will be added.

Teoretické základy moderních diagnostických technik k průkazu infekčního agens i specifické reakce hostitele na přítomnost vyvolavatele infekce. Praktické provedení některých vybraných technik doplňují exkurze do rutinních diagnostických laboratoří.

Participant of the course will be made familiar with modern techniques, priciples of which they have learned in obligatory subjects of microbiology, iommunology and biochemistry. Automation possibilities will be presented. Focuse on implementing techniques for genome sequence detection of infectious agents as well as sio called cassette tests based on raúpid antigen detection directly in the office of general practicioner. Students will get the chance to make the tests hand-on.

Seznámit účastníky s moderními technikami zaváděnými do rutinní diagnostiky infekčních agens v mikrobiologických a imunologicko-sérologických laboratořích.
