Course syllabus: The Basics of Project Management

- compulsory elective course for NMgr.studium

 

Lecturer: PhDr. Petr Vojtisek, PhD.

 

Content:

The practically focused course guides students through all the key steps of project management. The course equips students with practical skills necessary for the preparation, implementation and evaluation of projects funded by public administration and

international organizations. During the course, students will independently develop a project that will be part of the evaluation and overall certification.

 

Topics covered in the course:

- sources of funding for social projects

- definition of the project plan

- preparation of project application

- project management tools

- project evaluation techniques

 

Certification: seminar work and its presentation

 

Attestation conditions:

Project plan according to the set structure in the presentation of ppt. (Lean Canvas, log frame, budget, goals, activities, staff, results). Team work (max. 3 team members)
