Cílem předmětu je seznámit studenty magisterského studia všeobecného lékařství se současnými poznatky o molekulárních mechanismech a regulacích buněčné signalizace, o jejich fyziologické úloze a příčinách a projevech jejich poruch za patologických stavů.
