All lectures are from the different fields of human ethology, especially the ontogeny of human behaviour. A special attebtion directed to the questions of the sexual selection, reproductive strategies in different human cultures, human aggression and altruism.

1. Human ethology: objectives and theoretical background;

2. Mother-child bonding in evolutionary perspective;

3. Sexual selection, reproductive success and parental investment in humans;

4. Reproductive strategies, marriage market and parental manipulations;

5. Human aggression: theories, functional aspects and socialization issues;

6. Conflict resolution (peacemaking) in evolutionary perspective;

7. The origin of altruism and cooperation in humans;

8. Urban ethology: nature meets culture.
