Kurz uvádí do filosofie pomocí četby dvou krátkých filosofických textů. Od studentů se očekává, že texty samostatně prostudují a pokusí se postihnout jejich hlavní teze i argumentaci, která tyto teze podpírá. Předpokládá se, že si k autorům dohledají další informace a budou schopni je zasadit do širšího kontextu filosofie 20. století. Kurz je určen pro studenty evangelické teologie v kombinované formě studia. Zápočet bude udělen na základě rozhovoru nad danými texty.
