Annotation -
Parkour is a physical activity in which individuals learn to overcome obstacles in various ways, aiming for maximum efficiency, speed, or even adding an original style by incorporating acrobatic elements such as flips and others. Currently, parkour is considered one of the relatively young and highly popular physical activities. Graduates of this course will be capable of, for example, scaling a two-meter wall in 5 seconds and mastering additional skills.
