Aim of the course -

Target of this subject is to learn how to apply the theoretical knowledge about the ways of influencing the physical fitness in practice.

After completing the course, students are able to:

Apply specific exercises aimed to targeting lower limb strengthening within Closed Kinetic chain (CKC) and Open Kinetic Chain (OKC).

Apply specific exercises aimed to targeting upper limb strengthening within Closed Kinetic chain (CKC) and Open Kinetic Chain (OKC).

Apply and modify specific exercises aimed to strengthening core muscles with various equipment.

Apply and modify specific aerobic exercises within various training forms.

Apply various methods and included exercises of stretching.
