Teaching is focused on deepening theoretical knowledge in the field of gymnastics associated with motor
by learning more coordinatively demanding gymnastic skills. The subject of teaching is gymnastic skills
six men's all-around disciplines and four women's all-around disciplines.

Expanding the range of acquired gymnastic skills in acrobatics, vault and other apparatus of gymnastic multi event.
Competences after completing the course include:
The student knows the basic and advanced elements and connections of such elements on the floor, high bar, parallel bars, rings, balance beam, vault and pommel horse.
The student can design and implement exercises from the field of motor-functional training that lead to the acquisition of advanced gymnastic elements and connections.

Floor exercises - motor-functional training, handstand theory and practice. Floor exercises - handstand/handstand connections, forward/backward rolls, cartwheel, and round-off. Low bar - pull-overs/kips variants; floor exercises - forward handspring. Floor exercises - forward handspring; mini trampoline - basic jumps, tuck forward fronts. Rings - swings, static positions (inverted/piked hangs); vault - basic mounts. Parallel bars - swings, basic elements/positions; pommel horse - basic elements. Mini trampoline - basic jumps, forward fronts (tuck/piked/stretched) fronts with twists, back flips. Floor exercises - forward handspring revision, balance elements, front flips; high bar - swings. Low bar - circle variants; balance beam - basic elements/walking. High bar - swings with twists, pullover/kip variants; floor exercises - element connections. Air track - basic and advanced elements of floor exercises, forward/backward handsprings, front/back flips, element connections.
