The aim of the course is to extend the knowledge of clinical subjects beyond the bachelor study of physiotherapy and to introduce new trends in diagnostics and therapy of patients in the field of internal medicine, neurology, orthopedics and surgical disciplines. Teaching in the field of internal medicine is crucial in this subject and it is focused on extending the knowledge especially in the fields of internal civilization diseases and diseases of the locomotive apparatus. neurology, orthopedics and in the field of surgical subjects is focused mainly on current trends in diagnostic procedures of individual fields, which should also be informed by a physiotherapist. Attention will also be paid to news in therapeutic approaches. Part of the knowledge of clinical subjects is also the expansion of knowledge of pharmacology, which will be taught in separate blocks. Students will get acquainted with the characteristics of the basic group of drugs and medicines that are used in medicine. Students will gain knowledge about the effects of these drugs and drugs, as well as the factors that affect their action.

Cílem předmětu je rozšířit znalosti z klinických předmětů nad rámec bakalářského studia fyzioterapie a seznámit studenty s novými trendy v diagnostice a terapii pacientů v oblasti interní medicíny, neurologie, ortopedie a chirurgických oborů. Výuka v oblasti interny je stěžejní v tomto předmětu a je zaměřena na rozšíření znalostí především v oborech interních civilizačních chorob a chorob pohybového aparátu, přičemž náplní budou především speciální kapitoly z kardiologie, endokrinologie, pneumologie, diabetologie, osteoporózy, poruch metabolismu apod. Výuka v oblasti neurologie, ortopedie a v oblasti chirurgických předmětů je zaměřena především na aktuální trendy v diagnostických postupech jednotlivých oborů, o které by měl být informován také fyzioterapeut. Pozornost bude věnována i novinkách v terapeutických přístupech. Součástí znalostí z klinických předmětů je také rozšíření znalostí z farmakologie, která v rámci výuky bude vyučována v samostatných blocích. Studenti se budou seznamovat s charakteristikou základní skupiny léků a léčiv, které se v medicíně používají. Studenti získají znalosti o účincích uvedených léků a léčiv, jakož i o faktorech, které jejich působení ovlivňují.

Cíl předmětu:

Cílem předmětu je vybavit studenta takovými znalostmi, dovednostmi a obecnými způsobilostmi, že po jeho absolvování:

• prokazuje pokročilou orientaci v současných trendech v diagnostice a terapii pacientů v oblasti interní medicíny, neurologie, ortopedie a chirurgických oborů

• prokazuje informovanost o klinických návodech a standardech v klinických oborech

• prokazuje schopnost využít aktuální poznatky v souvislosti s novými trendy v klinických oborech pro práci fyzioterapeuta

• je seznámen s charakteristikou základní skupiny léků a léčiv, které se v medicíně používají

• je seznámen s farmakologickými účinky běžně i volně prodejnými léky, se kterými se setkává v praxi fyzioterapeuta, také i nežádoucími účinky, indikacemi a kontraindikacemi
