Tento kurz je vyučován v angličtině a má vás připravit na zkoušku National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) certifikovanou CSCS (Strength and Conditioning Specialist). NSCA je největší profesionální asociace pro posilování a kondici na světě a CSCS je nejuznávanější akreditací na celém světě. Tento kurz obsahuje souhrn biomechaniky, biochemie, výživy, adaptací tréninku, návrhu programu a testování sportovců. Po dokončení tohoto kurzu budete připraveni na zkoušku (za příplatek). Tento kurz je velmi intenzivní, vyžaduje spoustu samostudia a pravidelnou docházku. Předmět je zaměřen na teoretické znalosti a praktické dovednosti z oblasti fyziologie, biochemi a zátěžové diagnostiky a rozšiřuje kompetence pro realizaci pohybových programů u specifických skupin populace.
