Students are acquainted with basic athletic exercises. They wil acquire knowledge regarding the safety of athletics training, warm-up exercises and the prevention of injuries. The course includes basic technique and teaching methods of running, jumping and throwing disciplines. The students will learn the basic testing of explosive power and the training methods used for developing general endurance.

Practical lessons:

1. - 7.

Safety of athletics training.

Warm-up exercises and the prevention of injuries.

Basics of technique of running, jumping and throwing disciplines. Tests of jumping and throwing explosive power. The training methods used for developing running endurance.
