Annotation -
The subject introduces the structure and terminology of anatomical structures and organ systems of the human body, with special emphasis on the musculoskeletal system and functional kinesiology.

Aim of the course -

The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the anatomical nomenclature of the musculoskeletal system and to acquire basic knowledge about bones, joints and the muscular system.

Key knowledge and skills:

The student knows

plane directions, orientation, nomenclature
tissues of the musculoskeletal system
basics of osteology and arthrology
muscles of individual body segments
The student can recognize and define:

terms cell, tissue, organ
biochemical properties of tissues and regeneration processes in tissues
individual parts of the axial system
structure and functionality of individual joints
the structure and functionality of muscles on individual segments of the body
