Annotation -
The course focuses on acquiring theoretical and practical skills in leading physical and sports activities for children. Students will learn about the specifics of physical training for children, including approaches for those who are less physically gifted.

Aim of the course -

Students will deepen their theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of methodology, forms, and means of physical and sports training for children. Graduates of the course will be able to prepare various types of teaching blocks in the gym (weight room), on the playground, and outdoors, focused on the comprehensive physical and sports development of children, taking into account their skill level, age, and gender.

Learning outcomes -

Graduates of this course will be able to prepare and implement teaching blocks in the gym (weight room), on the playground, and outdoors, focused on the comprehensive physical and athletic development of children, primarily in the following areas:

-    speed abilities
-    coordination and flexibility
-    technical preparation
-    tactical skills
-    motivation and psychological aspects of sports and movement in children
Students will be able to modify teaching blocks with regard to skill, age, and gender specifics.
