course can be enrolled in outside the study plan enabled for web enrollment priority enrollment if the course is part of the study plan you can enroll for the course in winter and in summer semester
The aim of the course is broaden one´s knowledge of more advanced grammar and vocabulary typical of academic English. According to CEFR the level is B2 - upper-intermediate. Much attention is paid to working with authentic materials using audio/video aids as well as with scientific articles available in PEZ.

Jedná se o kurz zaměřený na prohlubování znalostí gramatiky a slovní zásoby na úrovni „upper-intermediate“ se zaměřením především na akademickou angličtinu a prezentační dovednosti. Studenti se také naučí vyhledávat a následně pracovat s odbornými texty dostupnými na Portálu elektronických zdrojů (PEZ).
