Syllabus

Historie orientačního běhu ve světě, vývoj v Čechách, speciální mapa pro orientační běh, práce s buzolou, vybavení pro orientační běh, různé druhy kontrol, informace o dalších formách orientačního běhu. Seznámení s materiálem, způsoby jištění, druhy uzlů, základní lezecká technika, hry na lezeckých stěnách, typy lanových center, praktické vyzkoušení všech potřebných dovedností.
