Annotation -
The subject Didactics of Educational Sciences III further cultivates didactic thinking and didactic competences, especially in the area of the development of thematic plans and analysis of the school curriculum, in the area of providing feedback and reflection on the quality of teaching and in the area of professional cooperation.

Aim of the course -

Students will demonstrate the ability to plan the teaching of pedagogical subjects, demonstrate model thematic plans, present effective feedback tools, analyze the curriculum, demonstrate knowledge of the possibilities of cooperation between the school and external entities in the Czech Republic and abroad.

Předmět má 3 kredity dle ECTS, celková časová zátěž studenta odpovídá 81 hodinám. Doba očekávané přípravy na 1 hodinu přednášky 30 minut, doba očekávané přípravy na 1 hodinu semináře 45 minut, samostudium literatury (za celý semestr) 12 hodin, práce se studijními materiály (za celý semestr) 15 hodin, plnění průběžných úkolů (za celý semestr) 18 hodin. Seminární práce 5 hodin, příprava na zkoušku a zkouška 15 hodin.

Course completion requirements -

The course ends with an examination, where the examination takes the form of a defence of the prepared documents to obtain a certificate.

The conditions for passing the course are:

- attendance of at least 70%.
- continuous performance of the assigned tasks;
- active participation in seminars (usually a model class or a paper)
- preparation and timely submission of documents for the certificate (usually a portfolio of assignments)
- defending the elaborated documents for the attestation (can be colloquial or individual)

Learning outcomes -

Students


- didactically interprets and critically reflects on a selected part of the curriculum of teaching pedagogy in the framework educational programme

- on the basis of studying a specific curriculum, discusses the educational content of pedagogical subjects and proposes possible changes, analyses the needs of the school and its pupils/students

- develops a thematic curriculum plan, justifies the concept of this plan, gives feedback on the thematic plans of colleagues and proposes specific alterations

- proposes a concept for a lesson in relation to the thematic plan and provides a professional explanation of the concept
