Annotation -
The course is dedicated to selected questions of a very young field of computer science didactics. It lacks research to show how computer science concepts are formed and developed in primary education children, pupils of lower and upper secondary schools. The main attention in the course will be devoted to computer science didactics for basic schools with emphasis on teaching approaches to topics in the newly introduced compulsory subject "Informatics" in RVP ZV using available resources and aids including materials created in the PRIM project (imysleni.cz). The course will also use existing research on preconceptions and misconceptions of pupils with which we may encounter in the teaching of computer science topics. The course builds on some of the questions addressed in the subjects "Didactics for Teaching Informatics and IT", "Methodical Approaches to the Development of Computer Science Thinking" and "Didactics of Algorithmization and Programming".
