The course focuses on controlled continuous teaching experience of students in secondary schools under supervision of departmental didactics. Following the teaching of vocational subjects and teaching disciplines allows students to apply the continuous practice procedures adopted in teaching at the high school and gain practical experience working with high school students. Students observe lessons of experienced teachers in the classroom, have the opportunity to get acquainted with the materials and tools that are proven teachers. Students participate in the teaching of subjects, within which the school fulfills the health education program, or organize thematic blocks for cross-curricular basis. Separate outputs of students are analyzed in terms of the content and accuracy of selected methodologies. Emphasis is placed on self-reflection. Students are also interested in the problems associated with social pathological phenomena of secondary school students on school health promotion and prevention of socially pathological phenomena, ways of their implementation and evaluation. Particular attention is paid to the specific problems of health education in high school, in comparison with the situation at lower levels of education.
