Annotation -
Rhytmics gymnastics and conditioning programs Rhytmics gymnastics and conditioning programs in gymnastics specify exercises with predominantly aesthetic and fitness effects. Age-related specifics, performence and healt condition of pupils, suitable forms and exercises. Teaching uses different didactic methods and styles.

Aim of the course -

Students develop their competences in the field of athletics with a focus on the natural basis of movement and a means of increasing the level of health-oriented fitness.

Students develop their competence in the field of specific gymnastic exercises with a mainly aesthetic and conditioning effect.

Course completion requirements -

Athletics:

Active participation in exercises. 75% attendance

Test of Athletics Rules.

Fulfillment of skill requirements:

1. Throwing a ball (grenade, racket) - correct technical execution with a jump or at least from a side throwing position.

2. Long jump – correct technical execution in a crouching manner with a run-up, rebound in any place (emphasis on connecting the run-up with the rebound)

3. High jump - correct technical execution a) cutting method (scissors), bar at the height of the landing pad b) back rolling method (flop), at least a hint, without a bar to the landing

4. Run for 60 m with a low start from the start. blocks at maximum speed

5. Running 200 m at maximum speed alternatively

6. Running 1000 m in 4:55.0 or

7. Running 2000 m without stopping or walking, no limit

Gymnastics

Active participation in exercises, 75% attendance

Practiced with any musical accompaniment of min. 16 bars in 4/4 rhythm or 32 bars in 3/4 rhythm, which will be performed on a 12 m acrobatic belt. The track must contain the following mandatory elements:

1. Any turn (two-legged or one-legged)

2. Any jump with a one-legged or one-legged bounce (e.g. devil jump, scissor jump, deer jump, long jump, etc.)

3. Dance step (e.g. polka, waltz, samba, jive, cha-cha, etc.)

4. Balanced position (e.g. in stance, kneeling, sitting... where the area of support is reduced)

5. At least 3 of the following acrobatic elements with at least two different variations of rolls

        a) rolled forward (e.g. crouch, crouch, lunge)

        b) roll backwards (e.g. crouch, crouch, crouch)

        c) stand on your shoulder blades

        d) headstand

        e) handstand 

         f) handstand and roll

         g) sweep aside

Jump over an arbitrarily high goat with a squat or a stiletto.

Rating:

3 - the movement composition will include, among other things, at least two different variations of rolls and any other acrobatic element from the above, all in proper gymnastic execution

   - a jump with bigger flaws

2 - the movement composition will include, among other things, at least two different variations of rolls and a flip to the side or a handstand, all in the correct gymnastic execution

   - a jump with minor flaws

1. - the movement composition will include, among other things, at least any variant of a forward and backward roll and a side flip or a handstand and a roll, all in the correct gymnastic design

    - jump with technically optimal execution of all phases (launch, bounce, 2 flight phases, landing)

Note: rescue is possible during acrobatic elements and on a jump.

1. Basics of running technique, athletic alphabet

2. Starts using athletic movement games, endurance running

3. High jump - rebound preparation, practice of the rough form of the flop

4. Long jump - rebound preparation - multiple jumps, high jump

5. Long jump, jumps from the start, training of the crouching method

6. Practice throwing the ball

7. Musical movement education, exercise without apparatus (optimal posture, technique of alignments)

8. Exercise with hand apparatus (development of manipulation, development of orientation and differentiation of movement), traditional and non-traditional equipment

9. Dance education (folk, social dances, country dances and contemporary dance styles)

10. Coordination and strength abilities using labile equipment (over ball, fit ball, bosu etc.)

11. Develeopment of endurance

12. Development of flexibility
