The content of the subject is the study of instrumental literature of the 20th century in all aspects (interpretative, musical, theoretical, historical, social, economic) and contexts.

During this course students will learn about the greatest composers of the Baroque, Classical, Romatic, and 20th century, their style, most important works, and influence on future composers. In addition, students will be analyzing important works (by listening and studying sheet music).
