The courses concentrate on exposition and practice exercises of more complex grammatical phenomena typical for the language of science, and on extension of vocabulary in common use for scientific texts in different fields. Students are introduced to problems of translating and analyzing scientific texts of different branches of science.

Kurz je zaměřen na výklad a procvičování obtížnějších gramatických jevů, které jsou typické pro odborný jazyk. Dále je rozšiřována slovní zásoba, která je společná odborným textům různých oborů. Studenti jsou uvedeni do problematiky četby odborných textů na základě překladu a analýzy odborných statí různého zaměření.
