Syllabus -

Forms of Health PE. Health classification. Relations between PE, HPE and Remedial PE. Correct and incorrect body posture, diagnosis, influence of physical exercise on posture. Local exercises. Exercises for stretching, strengthening, relaxation and breathing, coordination and balance. Exercises using equipment and tools. Learning basic motor skills and creating a store of exercises.
