Syllabus -
Course goal:
a) To help the students with establishing more complex teaching schemes, which will help them to increase the comprehensibility their teaching.

b) Provide inspiration for the students using concrete methods, procedures or interventions for the premediated work with motivation in school.

Synopsis of the course:

Motivation disposities and motivation processes. Internal and external sources of motivation.

Motivation for learning. Influence of motivation to the learning process and its results. Short term and long term strategies that influence the motivation for learning.

Diagnostics and development of cognitive, achievement and social needs.

Education self-regulation. Perspective orientation.

Motivating pupils in school and in the family.

Pupils approach to individual subjects.

Surpass the crises in the motivation for learning (causes of pupils unmotivation).

Motivation training (Achievement motivation programmes, concept ?Originator - Footman" , will training.)

Teachers self-diagnostics in the area of motivation.
