Anotace: Kurz navazuje na Základy psychologie a rozvíjí znalosti studentů v oblasti pedagogické a sociální psychologie. Tyto discipliny tvoří nezbytnou součást učitelské profese. Kurs by měl umožnit budoucím učitelům získat potřebný psychologický základ pro uplatnění pedagogických a didaktických dovedností.

Course goal:

a) To mediate the basic knowledge about the subject (learning the basic facts and technics of pedagogical and social psychology)

b) To help the students with establishing more complex explanation schemes which will help them to increase the comprehensibility of the educative and learning reality.

Synopsis of the course.

Pedagogical psychology:

Pedagogical psychology - definition, approach to the subject, subject , main themes, movements in the methodology

Teacher's profession - approach, demands, risks

Learning and cognition - Relationship with cognition, theory and types of learning, learning and cognitive styles, effective learning strategy (metacognition)

Motivation - Motivation disposition and motivation processes, motivation of pupils in school.

Classification in school - orientating and developing forms of classification (risks and possibilities), school results.

Selfdiagnostics of the teacher

Social psychology:

Socialization in school and in the family, family education (specifics of the socialization influence of school and family, interaction teacher - parent, forms of social learning)

Structure and dynamics of a social group, school class (social norms, status, role etc.)

Social perception and communication - perception - approach orientation of the teacher

Interaction teacher x pupils (attribution processes)

Cíl kurzu:

a) Zprostředkovat základní vhled do oboru (osvojení základních poznatků a technik pedagogické a sociální psychologie)

b) Pomoc studentům v nastolení komplexnějších výkladových schémat, které jim umožní zvýšit srozumitelnost výchovně vzdělávací reality.

Obsah kurzu.

Oblast pedagogické psychologie:

Pedagogická psychologie - vymezení, pojetí oboru, předmět , hlavní témata, posuny v metodologii

Učitelská profese - pojetí, nároky, rizika

Učení a poznávání - Vztah k poznávání, teorie a druhy učení, učební a poznávací styly, efektivní strategie učení (metakognice)

Motivace - Motivační dispozice a motivační procesy, motivování žáků ve škole.

Hodnocení ve škole - orientující a rozvíjející formy hodnocení (rizika a možnosti), školní úspěšnost.

Autodiagnostika učitele

Oblast sociální psychologie:

Socializace ve škole a rodině, rodinná výchova (specifičnost socializačního vlivu školy a rodiny, interakce učitel - rodič, formy sociálního učení)

Struktura a dynamika sociální skupiny, školní třída (sociální normy, status, role atd.)

Sociální percepce a komunikace - percepčně postojová orientace učitele

Interakce učitel x žáci (atribuční procesy)
