Annotation -
An advanced level English course (C1, C2 level) designed to foster both written and verbal expression. A great deal of vocabulary is introduced plus work with collocations, register and idiomatic usage as well as some useful grammatical structures. The course is included in the credit system of the Faculty. Enrollment in this subject is limited.

Syllabus -

The Winter term focuses on adjectival and adverbial structures, conjunctions, dependent prepositions, and word forms (suffixes, prefixes). We discuss narrative (how to describe ideas and events) using various texts, reviews, etc. This leads to a presentation (review of a book, movie, etc) and a piece of writing based on your presentation.
