Students are acquainted with the main aspects of applied ecology in aquatic ecosystems (trout water management, fish pond management, unbreakable fresh waters, human effects on fish yield, fish catch from the world oceans), in agricultural production (soil processing, fertilization, pasture production, arable soil, nutrient and energy balance, food production in the world, influence of agriculture on natural ecosystems), in wood production (forestry, stability of forest ecosystem, educational interventions, renewal mowing, impact of thinning on production, influence of forest stands on water balance in landscape) .
