Annotation -
This course introduces legal regulations which control geological and mining activities, the management and the protection in the environmental field. General legal awareness of relationships among state administration, people and institutions, as well as administrative procedures takes part of the subject. The course is obligatory for students of the bachelor’s study of Management of Natural Resources.

General legal regulations relating to the Czech Constitution, the Bill of Rights, the Code of Administrative Procedure, the Civil Code and the Public Service are summarized in the introduction. Next parts include a characterization of mining acts and regulations. Other legal regulations relevant to the environmental management and protection are finely examined.
