The theme of the seminar is the reading and discussion of selected texts of important modern philosophers. The aim is to complement,
to deepen and clarify the knowledge acquired in the course of lectures in the History of Modern Philosophy. All this is to
serve to give the student a critical understanding of the basic ideas and practices of the most important modern philosophers.

Námětem semináře je četba a diskuse vybraných textů významných novověkých filosofů. Cílem je doplnit,
prohloubit a upřesnit poznatky získané v průběhu přednášek v předmětu Dějiny novověké filosofie. To vše má
sloužit k tomu, aby si student kriticky osvojil základní myšlenky a postupy nejvýznamnějších novověkých filosofů.
