Annotation -
The course deals in detail with the issue of medicinal mushrooms and their use in the therapy of a number of diseases (anti-inflammatory, immunostimulating, antioxidant, antihyperlipidemic, antifungal, etc. activity). In cooperation with experts from practice, the legislative aspect of the production of medicinal mushrooms will also be discussed. The course will also mention the interactions or contraindications of individual taxa or specific substances used. Other topics discussed include the toxicity of micromycetes and macromycetes and the biotechnological use of fungi.
