Annotation -
The subject spreads the range of student bioanalytical knowledge for independent and safe work in a clinical laboratory with an emphasis on modern trends in all phases of laboratory examination. The main focus of the subject is on new clinical applications of experimental, reference and routine methods. It is also intended to prepare the student for independent mastering of the validation and verification of laboratory methods, to familiarize him with the current trends in the automation of methods used in the clinical laboratory and to provide him / her with basic information for correct evaluation of achieved results.
